Gain fresh ideas and feel confident applying the Ready Rocket resources with clients. 💻 Sessions are held online and designed to be collaborative, reflective, and practical. 📅 Once payment is received, a Calendly link will be emailed to book a suitable time on a Thursday of your choice. By purchasing a Clinical Supervision Session with Ready Rocket Resources, you agree to the following terms: 1. Session Format Supervision sessions are held online via Zoom (link provided after scheduling). Sessions run for 60 minutes and are facilitated by Bella & Tash. 2. Scheduling Once payment has been received, you will be sent a Calendly link to book your supervision session. Sessions are offered on Thursdays. Availability will be shown on the Calendly calendar. 3. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking through our Shopify store. Payment secures your session and provides access to the scheduling link. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss options. 5. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for other commitments. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and non-refundable. 6. No-Shows Sessions that are missed without cancellation will not be refunded or rescheduled. 7. Confidentiality All supervision discussions remain confidential and in line with professional and ethical practice guidelines.
