Product Overview The CRL Center-Hung "Walking Beam" Top Pivot is specifically designed for use with Floor Closers and center-hung free-swing floor pivots. It features a door arm that provides lateral adjustment to ensure the door is plumb. These Pivots are fully mortised and non-handed for ease of installation. The pivot pin has a diameter of 19/32" (15 mm) and can accommodate top door clearance up to 1/2" (13 mm). Additionally, it is supplied with a finished cover plate. Key Features: Finished Cover Plate Included Lateral Adjustable Door Arm Non-Handed Stainless Steel Advisory: While Stainless Steel is resistant to corrosion, it is important to note that it is not rust or stain-proof.
