Pommard Epenots First Growth Organic and Vegan Red Wine This wine showcases a vibrant red and purple color and boasts a nose of fruity and gourmand notes, with a powerful and elegant essence of Burgundy. On the palate, it offers a delightful mixture of fruity and mineral flavors, which are complemented by its silky and airy texture. With a complex and refreshing finish, it expresses a blend of plum jam, black cherries, and subtle hints of blueberries and raspberry jam. The fine tannins add a touch of depth and the wine has a good length and persistence. The grapes are grown on clay-limestone soil with a south-eastern exposure in the north of Pommard, on the Beaune side. Promoting biodiversity and manually harvesting grapes.
