This set of two boldly colored dishes are made of papier mache from recycled paper and are individually hand-painted by women at Dam Dam in Haiti. Dam Dam is a women's cooperative located in Leogane, a town that was almost entirely destroyed in the 2010 earthquake. The women of Dam Dam have helped rebuild their village generating income, art, and dignity with their recycled craft business.
