PROVA JOINT® is made of cut sections of PROVA-MAT® waterproofing membrane. The durable and flexible membrane is polypropylene and creates fully waterproof and vapor tight showers. The PROVA® waterproofing system requires a 2 in. overlap at seams and transitions to eliminate water penetration. PROVA JOINT, at 5 inches wide, provides a perfect seal and eliminates turning corners with larger sheets of membrane in any vertical or horizontal corner where surfaces meet. Install using Premium Modified Thinset and a 1/4 in. x 3/16 in. V-Notch Trowel. Do not use premixed mortar for installation of PROVA products.
