Vintage Mercury Glass Chenille Christmas Pixie Ornaments Boxed Set of 6 A wonderful boxed set of six vintage Christmas pixie / elf decorations, each made from coloured mercury-style glass baubles, chenille pipe-cleaner limbs and bright fabric petal detailing. The set includes three colour styles: yellow, blue and red/green. Each figure has a silver glass head with painted facial features, coloured glass body sections, soft chenille arms and legs, and hanging loops for display. Some have little gold wire hand details, adding to their charm. They have a lovely mid-century Christmas look and would be perfect for a vintage festive display, collector’s Christmas tree, retro shop display, prop styling or seasonal interior decoration. The decorations come in their original compartmentalised box. The box is worn and creased from age, but it is a lovely part of the set and helps show how the decorations would originally have been stored. ConditionVintage condition with age-related wear. There is some tarnishing, spotting, paint loss and wear to the glass baubles, along with light wear, discolouration and bending to the chenille limbs and fabric petals.
